In conjunction to the Terms and Conditions provided by Safecap Investments Limited or the “Company”, operating under the brand name MARKETS.COM, the Company reserves the right and is entitled to at any time, and upon its sole discretion, to restrict offering its services to certain jurisdictions and consider them as banned countries in terms of engagement with the potential clients (the “Banned Jurisdictions”).
