Here, we’re going to show you how to create a free MT4 or MT5 account within your markets.com trading platform.

It’s easy to do this. All you need to do is follow the step-by-step instructions you see here.

Once you get into your member’s area, click the ‘options’ cymbal in the top right of the screen:

When the menu loads, click the ‘My Portal’ option:

You should see your full list of accounts load up. Click the light blue ‘+Add Account’ button at the top right of the list:

A box should open titled ‘Create New Account’. From the dropdown menu, select either ‘MT4 – CFD’ or ‘MT5 – CFD’:

You should then move through into another box containing drop down options:

There will be another option to select either a ‘demo’ or a ‘real’ account. If you’ve never used MT4 or MT5 before, we recommend the ‘demo’ option. (You can always open a real account later when you’re more familiar with the software.)

There will also be two other drop-down options, one on ‘Currency’ and the other on ‘Leverage’. However, these will be pre-set to your account settings, so you don’t need to do anything with them.

Once you’ve selected your currency, press the blue ‘Create’ button, and your MT4 or MT5 account will be set up.

In the next 5 minutes, you should receive an email from our team entitled “[Demo or real} Account MetaTrader [4 or 5] Details”, which will contain your login ID and info for your new MT4/MT5 account.

There will be a link within the email to download the software. Once you’ve downloaded and installed MT4/MT5, you can login using your sign-up info in the email.

And that’s it!

You can either call them on +44 2080 979 794 or by sending an email to support@markets.com.
